I see clients in person at the Balance2health in Gladesville, where I also run cooking classes and weight loss groups. All details about consultations, services and prices are on the clinic website and there are regular updates on our Facebook page. To book an appointment please send me an email.
Freelance writing
I work as a freelance food and cookery writer for a number of publications both on- and off-line. These include Readers’ Digest, HealthSmart, Private Practice and the self-published e-magazine An Honest Kitchen. At the end of each article there is a “Comments” link – clicking on that will take you to a form where you can leave your feedback and join in the conversation. I read all comments and try to respond to as many of them as possible.

Do you accept review copies of books or products for consideration?
Please note I do not publish reviews on Limes & Lycopene.
I occasionally review products for magazines. Please note these are all Australian magazines, so your product must be available in this country to be considered. My preference is that you email me in advance, quickly outlining the book or product before sending it out.
I primarily write about natural foods, products and how to eat a healthy diet. I do not review supplements, I’m anti-superfoods, I do not review medical procedures and I’m not interested in anything that contains a long list of additives, trans fats and artificial rubbish.
